1. Agreement
By accessing or using ClientOS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ((“Terms”)). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description
ClientOS is a white-label client portal platform for agencies and consultants. It provides project management, deliverable approval workflows, AI-powered report generation, invoicing, and document management capabilities.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Subscription & Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis (Starter, Growth, Scale plans). Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
A 14-day free trial is provided. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial includes full functionality of the Starter plan.
5. Stripe Connect & Payments
Agencies using the invoicing feature connect their own Stripe account via Stripe Connect (Standard). ClientOS facilitates the payment flow but does not charge any transaction fees. Stripe's standard processing fees apply. Agencies are responsible for their own Stripe account compliance.
6. Your Data
You retain all rights to data you upload or create in the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. We process your data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you upload. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service includes AI-powered report generation. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by the agency before sharing with clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.
8. Data Processing Agreement
For agencies in the EU/EEA, this agreement includes a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) as required by GDPR. By using the Service, you appoint us as a data processor. We process personal data only on your documented instructions. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not: use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the Service, send spam or unsolicited communications, exceed rate limits or abuse the API, or resell the Service without authorization.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email and in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [City], Sweden.
